About Me

For most of my life (almost 30 years), I worked as a professional and gained a C-level position. I had been excited to help my subordinates overcome difficulties at work and motivate them to do better. After my professional journey, I continued to actively help others as a coach/mentor/consultant, until I got in touch with ICF and learned how to be a "true" coach.

I once felt how hard it was to be a leader. Sometimes, because of stress and being unattended, I could behave in ways I was not supposed to. It could be dreadful not only for the organization but also for myself. I am aware that this must have happened to other leaders as well.

I would like to help Leaders find their blind spots, improve their behavior, and make better decisions. I am eager to make Leaders reach their full potential but still feel joyful at work and in the family. The happiness of living while achieving maximum results is their ultimate goal. With my experience and passion, I believe I can do that.

How Can You Grow
Together With Me

We know that we are not as always what we expect. We may be leading a meaningful life yet, rather often, be in a bad mood. Sometimes we do not experience pleasant things in life. So, we suffer mentally, and we may occasionally harm the closest ones.

I have been helping people to become the leader of their own lives and bringing them back to the core of who they are, what they want and need, to finally live in this space of personal freedom.

If you are a Leader and have the following questions in your work life:

  • How do I build confidence within myself?
  • How can I become a good Leader?
  • How can I motivate my team?
  • How do I escape from difficult, unpleasant, or challenging situations?
  • I don’t know how to move forward in my career.
  • I don’t know the way I perform, and I don’t know how to change.
  • I’m overwhelmed and feel stuck. How do I move forward?
  • I’m continually stressed. I don’t know how to deal with it.
  • I’m not the Leader/Partner/Employee I want to be. There is something wrong.

If any of this resonates with you, let me assist you.

Jointly we will wander ourselves into discovery, to learn about what may be holding you back from living in your potential, and freeing your limitations. Alongside, we will uncover dormant qualities, gifts, wisdom, and unleashed inner strength, so you can start living as your highest self.

If you are a practicing coach:

  • Do you ever suspect whether you have done your best for a client?
  • Do you ever think you could be making more suggestions yet can’t see how and where the issue or the solutions lie?
  • Do you find yourself mulling over client sessions for extended periods with no resolution or space to share your thoughts?
  • Do you worry that you are stuck in certain coaching habits and might not be practicing as broadly as might benefit the client?
  • Do you have questions about your identity as a coach that unsettle you or lead you to lack confidence in your approach or abilities?
  • Do you have any questions regarding your client interactions and the elements of running a coaching business that surround the interactions themselves?
  • Do you have dilemmas dealing with particular clients, issues or patterns?

If your answer is YES to any of those, I, as your coach supervisor, would like to help address your leadership at all levels. Supervision is a crucial feature of the coach's professional development and personal resourcing for a life coach, executive coach, internal coach, or consultant. It supports them in uncovering their blind spots and enables them to discover patterns of behavior and influence the success of your work.

Coaching Supervision is a collaborative learning practice to continually build the capacity of the coach through reflective dialogue for the benefit of both coaches and clients. (It) focuses on the development of the coach’s capacity through offering a richer and broader opportunity for support and development. It also creates a safe environment for the coach to share their successes and failures in becoming masterful in the way they work with their clients.

The ICF Board has adopted the position of "strongly encouraging" supervision

Elevating team performance through collective awareness, shared clarity, and deep collaboration.

In today's fast-paced and interconnected work environment, success is no longer just about individual excellence—it's about how well a team functions as a unified system. Through Team Coaching, I support teams to:

• Build trust and open communication,
• Align individual goals with collective purpose,
• Surface and address team dynamics that may hinder performance,
• Strengthen collaboration and decision-making quality.

Team Coaching is not about fixing individuals, but about creating a space where the team can reflect, grow, and co-create its future together. I have worked with executive and cross-functional teams to enhance alignment, resilience, and impact.

If your team is navigating change, aiming for stronger synergy, or looking to grow into a high-performing unit, Team Coaching can be the catalyst for that transformation.

Are you ready to change?
